Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible and carefully package every item to ensure it arrives safely.

UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery is £5.55 per order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive confirmation that it's on its way.

Unless otherwise agreed with you, orders will be delivered within 30 days of your order being placed.

International Delivery

We’re happy to ship internationally.

As shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order, we'll provide a personalised delivery quote for destinations outside the UK.

Simply email us at shop@ethostrading.co.uk with the items you'd like to order and your delivery address, and we'll be happy to help.

Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import charges. Where applicable, these are the responsibility of the customer.

Packaging

We take great care in packing every order using appropriate packaging to help your purchases arrive in perfect condition. Wherever possible, we use recyclable and environmentally responsible packaging materials.
